Order Processing
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review your order carefully and contact us immediately at via our contact us page if any details need to be amended.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEST will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended by up to 48 hours.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact our Customer Service team within one hour of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We partner with Australia Post and other reputable couriers to ensure reliable, timely delivery across Australia. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
· We currently offer international shipping to selected countries

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link to the courier’s website. You can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If further assistance is needed, contact our Customer Service team. We will lodge an inquiry with the courier and keep you updated.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery. For Australia Post, parcels may be held at your local Post Office for collection. Please collect your parcel within the specified timeframe to avoid it being returned to sender.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
Lost Orders
If your order is deemed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.
Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us photos of the packaging and contents within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Delayed Orders
Occasional delays due to weather, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. While these are outside our control, we will keep you informed and assist where possible.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal will incur a return shipping fee. We will refund your order (excluding shipping costs) or arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges apply).
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Please ensure your address details are correct and complete to avoid delays.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You may give the courier authority to leave your parcel in a safe location. Please note, if you opt for ATL, My Wear and the courier are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Pre-Order Shipping
Items marked as pre-order will be dispatched on or after the advertised release date. You will receive a separate confirmation and tracking email once your pre-order ships.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to stock availability or different warehouses. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
· We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses
· Some products are unable to be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details.
